    experience in mining operations, corporate leadership, commodity trading, and governance. Trained as an engineer with Anglo American, rising to lead major
    mining corporations listed in London, Johannesburg, and Harare. Proven ability to
    drive operational excellence, manage large-scale organizations with thousands of
    employees, and deliver multimillion-dollar turnovers. Experienced in advanced
    mechanized mining systems including dragline strip mining, continuous miner
    systems, block caving, and sublevel caving. Passionate about modernizing African
    mining and infrastructure through innovation, sustainability, and strategic
    partnerships.
